My Charting Platform
I was asked earlier today which charting platform I use for my trading and when publishing my commentary. I use Real Tick by Townsend Analytics. Their website is http://www.realtick.com. For a trading platform I use Interactive Brokers... http://www.interactivebrokers.com.

first of all I want to thank you for your great blog and the insights you share.
I also use IB and I often hear from other traders, that there tick-data is quite inaccurate. Therefore I wanted to ask for your opinion on this topic?

I am not really sure how accurate IB's tick data is. For a charting platform, I use Real Tick. I would be suprised, however, to discover that the data from IB is terribly different....
